Loved it! 🙂
I heard lots of cracking noises coming from my joints.. I’m definitely too rusty and unfit lol
Time to change this!!! ????????
I also heard lots of cracking from my shoulders. I hope by the end of the course there will be less cracking. 😀
I also feel cracking after a break of practicing, and after it feels better???? But I hope it doesn’t give you a discomfort feelings.
????????
Thank you.
????????
Thank you for the reminders to breathe haha!
Also, I love that you mentioned that if you felt like your arms went numb while doing the mini shoulder circles up, it means you’re way too tight – I feel that often and just thought it was my natural body. Good to know I need to look into that!
Really enjoyed it! It is certainly going to help with my injuries and help me re-strengthen my joints and muscles. Perfect for someone like me with Mixed Connective Tissue disease and EDS 🙂
I workout regularly, & I’m out of breath.
Great warm up!!
Good lord. I am out of shape! I was sweating so much just from the warm up!
Love this warm up!!
Great warm up and indeed, thank you for reminding us to breathe ???? I am the kind of person who holds up my breathe whenever I do some exercises that I am not used to or that needs some effort from my side.
Thank you
