Principles of Movement: Best Way to Take Course?
Hey everyone! I have no pole experience but I signed up for the Movement class to start building strength/flexibility in general (& maybe want to try pole/aerial yoga in the future).
I’m kind of a beginner, but it’s a 6 week course — are you meant to take each lesson once, and take two lessons a week? (e.g. week 1- take lesson 1 on a monday and lesson 2 on a wednesday)? Or are the classes meant to be repeated (e.g. week 1- do lesson 1 every day mon-wed and lesson 2 every day thurs-sat)?
I’ve been repeating lessons because I’m scared of moving onto a lesson I’m not ready for/can’t do, but I’m not sure if I’m just holding myself back and completing it more slowly than it was intended, or overpracticing.
