Suggestion for future courses
Have been working through both Essential No.1 and Principles of Strength and while they are both great, I’m finding the Essential No.1 in particular is sort of missing drills/skin training elements specific to pole. In all face to face classes I’ve attended there has always been a quick drills session before learning the new tricks. I firmly believe students would benefit from a short suggested drills video (pull ups on pole, split grip push outs, ect.) Otherwise am loving the courses.
