We do this for two reasons. First, we know life is unpredictable and sometimes hectic. So we don’t want to place arbitrary restrictions on how our students fit our courses into their schedule. Second, we aim to make our courses timeless. That is, when designing our courses our goal is to create material that will be useful to our students for years to come.

Analogy: Many people keep a couple textbooks from college, which they keep on their bookshelf to occasionally leaf through, either as a reference or just for fun. We hope our courses will become your favorite textbooks.
