  PPTv not working, but still getting my money

  Hello, the polepress TV site is down, not working but my card keep being debited. Please remove it from being charged if your service is not working. Also please tell me how to quit that service. You also sent me no confirmation since January. Please reply asap, I also sent you emails. Thank you in advance
