This intermediate 4-week program buil- ds on the flexibility you gained in the beginner Principles of Flexibility course. Each week, world champion Olena Minina will lead you through two follow-along 45-60 minute stretching sessions. You will condition your entire body’s flexibility, with a special emphasis on movements useful for pole, including:

  • Active split exercises
  • Middle split conditioning
  • Hip flexor and lower back conditioning
  • Hamstrings and hips conditioning
  • Dancing moves to increase flexibility
  • Floor-work acrobatic moves
  • Partner stretching techniques
  • Stretching with/on the the pole

After you complete this program, you’ll be prepared for our upcoming Advanced Principles of Flexibility course, expected to release in summer 2024.
