Level up with Raphaela didn’t show up in “My Courses”

Hi Support,
I purchased Level up with Raphaela (order #3103) three days ago but the course didn’t show up in “My Courses“.

I know that the course isn’t enrolled jet and start at Dec 19.

But I think it should show up in my courses?

Hi! Yes, this is normal. As soon as the course is released on Saturday, it will show up in “My Courses” for everyone who pre-ordered it.
