Generally pole sessions are 1-1.5 hours to allow time for warm up, conditioning exercises, pole moves, combinations, and a cool down. If beyond an hour generally more time is allotted to conditioning and/or longer, deeper stretching sessions at the end. You may run below or above the general time frame. If you have a tendency to train longer, consider the quality and efficacy of your training. We recommend a focused, attentive one hour session or a 1.5 hour session with added conditioning or stretching.
