    I thought I pre ordered this course, but I can’t seem to see how I was charged and it says that there are no courses in my profile. Please can you assist me?

    Hi Tanya! If you go to your Member Dashboard, at the bottom you’ll see your Recent Orders. From here, you can view any receipts or order information.

    FYI, for pre-orders the course itself won’t appear in your My Courses section, and on the course page it will continue to display as “not enrolled” for you, until the course is released.
