Tech Support – Please Respond re: Incorrect course enrolment
Hi, I have incorrectly been enrolled in the basics course. I paid to enrol in Level starting in a few weeks. I have emailed directly twice – the first email said it would be fixed within the week, the second follow up email when this didn’t happen hasn’t been responded to at all. I can see there are a number of people with the same issue. Can you please let all of us know when you expect to rectify this? Can you please confirm that this will be done in time for the course start date? There are many of us concerned the this will not be rectified in time and the lack of communication from pole press to let us know where we stand is starting to become a little concerning.
