    Hi there,

    These videos used to play on my Samsung smart tv through the web browser but they recently stopped working on there (the little buffering wheel just spins and spins on a black screen). Internet is fine as other devices work and Netflix and YouTube play videos. I tried resetting everything (smart hub and factory settings) when I contacted Samsung about it they claimed you must’ve updated your platform or changed the video format, from what I read on the net I wondered if the tv didn’t do an automatic update!? Anyways, not sure if this has been an issue for anyone else? Not sure why it worked for many many months and now doesn’t? Thought I’d reach out and see if anyone else found this an issue or found a way around it before I go get an Apple TV box so I use screen mirroring from my phone. Thanks.
