Pole university does a great job with having progressive courses. Highly recommend pole university for those starting their pole journey. Great step by step instruction
I will admit, i was initially intimidated to buy this course as it seemed advanced. But it is a lovely progression from Essentials 1. First class reviews basic moves to develop from which i really liked, wasnt exactly thrown into the deep end. Surprisingly most moves i could complete with ease except for inversions without swinging but I would put that down to my inflexiblity
