    I had submitted a review and had received a 10 usd coupon. Then I used the coupon and applied for the movement course. However, I didn’t receive a confirmation and looks like I haven’t registered. When I tried applying again, the coupon didn’t work. I sent several emails but no one got back to me. Can you please help? Thanks.

    Hi Nadin! Yes, because it was a pre-order, the Principles of Movement course won’t show up in your My Courses list until after the course is released this Friday (May 7).

    About the email … Theoretically you should have received an automated confirmation email when you pre-ordered. That said, there was a brief window a few weeks ago where some of our emails weren’t getting delievered. So if you ordered during that time, it’s likely that your automatic confirmation email was permanently “lost in the interwebs.” However, you can always view all your past order receipts within the bottom section of your Member Dashboard.
