I cannot access the course I purchased

I purchase a course but I cannot access it. When I click on the lesson I get a message saying that I don’t have access to the content.

Okay, when you’re on this screen, click “Sign In” and then follow the steps to login.

Okay, thanks for the information. It sounds like a “cookies” issue, so our tech team is looking into it. In the meantime, if you follow these steps it should work:
1. Sign out of the website.
2. Clear your browser history, including cookies.
3. Close your browser.
4. Open your browser.
5. Sign back into the website. -
