    There is not an alternate version. But the volume of the background music is very low compared to her speaking voice. If you’re having trouble hearing what she’s saying, you likely need to adjust the audio settings on your playback equipment. For example, if your L/R channels are not evenly balanced, this would affect the relative volumes of the music and the speaking.

  • Hi Reynauld! Yes, Mari is definitely speaking in this video 🙂 From what you described, it sounds like whatever device/application you’re using is only playing one of the two audio channels. The most likely culprits are either(1) your device/application is set to Mono instead of Stereo, or (2) your device/application is correctly set to Stereo, but its audio equilizer has one of the two channels turned all the way down.

    Of course there is also a third possibility, that perhaps one of your two speakers is not working. For example, if one of your earphones isn’t playing, it could also produce this effect.

    If you can tell us what device and application you’re using, we might be able to help you troubleshoot and fix the issue.

    Hi Nadin! Yes, because it was a pre-order, the Principles of Movement course won’t show up in your My Courses list until after the course is released this Friday (May 7).

    About the email … Theoretically you should have received an automated confirmation email when you pre-ordered. That said, there was a brief window a few weeks ago where some of our emails weren’t getting delievered. So if you ordered during that time, it’s likely that your automatic confirmation email was permanently “lost in the interwebs.” However, you can always view all your past order receipts within the bottom section of your Member Dashboard.

    Hi Katie. Yes, pre-ordered courses won’t display in your “My Courses” list until after they’re released. But in the meantime, you can confirm your order and view your receipt in the bottom section of your Member Dashboard, where it says “Recent Orders.”

    Hi Tanya! If you go to your Member Dashboard, at the bottom you’ll see your Recent Orders. From here, you can view any receipts or order information.

    FYI, for pre-orders the course itself won’t appear in your My Courses section, and on the course page it will continue to display as “not enrolled” for you, until the course is released.

    Hi everyone! Yes, for pre-orders the course itself will not display as “Enrolled” until it’s released. But in the meantime you can view your receipt to confirm your order, which you can see at the bottom of your Member Dashboard where it says “Recent Orders.”

    Yes! The “mark complete” is just there to help you keep track of where you are in the course 🙂
