Hi! I know some pole, just self taught, but want to improve and train my left side more and prevent stiffness and injury by getting stronger. I just got the classes for strength, movement, static pole, inversions and level up. Wondering if it’s recommended to do some of these together and what order or intervals to do them in? My instinct before trying any of them is to go in the order movement, strength, static.. and save the others for later? Tyia!
