????????????
Yay!!! So ready!
Very excited and loving the tips!! ????
Love the idea that our bodies aren’t sticks and we can move in so many more ways than traditional “training” gives us
Range of motion of the body that isn’t used (or minimally used) in normal workouts. Very perceptive! Something I never thought about much before!
Can’t wait!
Yay! Let’s go!
Very excited to begin!
Great advice ❤️
Hooray! Here’s hoping!
Love it! I have so much trouble translating my strength of one skill to another similar skill – I’ve got the feeling I always have to work on each and every skill “from scratch” and I hope your course will help me to understand movement better and how different tricks/transitions are linked together muscle engagement-wise 🙂 I’m super excited! 🙂
Im so excited for this course!!

Thank you! I’m so excited to start the program and see where this takes me!
this definitely makes me more confident and willing to try since I’m a big girl. But I am also tall, so I think that can also be beneficial! I want to make my body more flexible and healthy. I am so excited. I think being able to do what she does on a pole with clothes on is still going to be beautiful! I want to be naturally beautiful, flexible, and healthy.
❤️
???? looking forward to learning

Thanks Mari!
Is it greatl!!!!
Good intro.
????????
This is great!
Being strong or flexible in a range of motion is what sets dance/acro (or even sport) athletes apart from lifting athletes, IMO.
Thank you!

Any recommendations on keeping up a routine,
Finish the course until the end , then mix and match some of the classes?
For this class, what equipments might we need?
I am starting this over! So pumped !!
Why the audio is only a music instead of being Mari’s voice? I’ve never had this problem before. 🙁
Hope to move better soon
