    Give yourself time. Climbing is hard for many at the beginning. To have managed to climb at all is a great success.Be proud of it. It gets easier with time and is a good starting point for many things. 🙂 Climbing looks easy but it´s not that easy. Especially if you want it to look effortless.

    High protein chocolate pudding with banana or blueberrys. I´m not really into desserts because I´m not a big fan from sweet things. Fruit excluded. The pudding is not very sweet. At the moment I am experimenting with baked oats.

    Have a look at the “Training Advice” videos with Mari: https://uni.polepress.com/courses/principles-of-movement/lessons/training-advice/

    Many may not be able to do the exercises on the first try. Always try to work on some of them. But not the whole catalog! Give yourself time and try it over and over again. Many of the exercises can be easily integrated into everyday life. For example, the one for the wrists.:)
